Butter Haus Terms of Service

By placing an order with Butter Haus, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All custom orders are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and acknowledged by Butter Haus.

Prices provided are based on the size, flavour, finish, and design details discussed at the time of quoting. Changes to the design, size, flavour, or finish may result in a revised quote.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking date. Final payment is required prior to your event date, as outlined in your invoice.

While we take inspiration from reference images, we do not replicate other cake artists’ work exactly. All cakes are created in our own style.

Butter Haus is not responsible for damage to cakes once they have been collected or delivered and accepted. This includes damage caused by transport, handling, weather conditions, or venue placement.

Dietary requests are accommodated where possible; however, all cakes are prepared in the same kitchen and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Butter Haus reserves the right to photograph completed cakes for marketing and promotional purposes.
