We recommend booking in as soon as possible, especially for weekends and popular dates, as our calendar fills up quickly. Cakes from our online range need at least 7 days' notice.

Yes, our Save the Date option lets you reserve your event date with a $50 deposit (counted toward your final total) while you finalise the details closer to the time.

It comes down to your guest count and whether you'd prefer dessert serves or coffee serves. See our Choosing Your Cake Size section above.

We work in a kitchen that handles most common allergens, including gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and soy, so our products may contain traces of these even when they're not a listed ingredient. We offer gluten-free, vegan and halal options, and while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we can't always guarantee it. If you or your guests have allergies, the final decision to order is at your discretion based on this information.

Yes. We deliver Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 4pm, Friday 11am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 11am. Delivery is $1.25 per km for the round trip, calculated at checkout.

Pick up is from our Rockbank studio, Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 4pm, Friday 11am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 10am. Pick up can also be arranged from Bacchus Marsh or Yarraville where needed. Your exact pickup window and location will be shown when you select your date at checkout. We don't do pickups or deliveries on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Haus Points are earned on online range orders only, not custom cakes. If what you have in mind is close to one of our existing designs, ordering online instead means you'll walk away with rewards towards your next celebration too.
